THERAPIES DAY
Our latest Therapies Day held on SATURDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER 2009 was fully booked and everyone had an enjoyable day. The date of the next one will be decided in the near future (probably March 2010) and will be announced here. If you would like to join us please remember to PRE-BOOK your 2 therapies.
The Therapies Day takes place in the Breast Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital, (opposite Car Park 6. There are usually around 10 Therapists available and for one payment of £5.00 you can choose 2 Therapies. These are "taster" sessions and last for 30 minutes each. Refreshments and the HOME MADE CAKES, Rolls etc are also available to purchase.

Pre-bookings can be made at our monthly Group Meetings in the Mackworth Suite, Mackworth Hotel, Ashbourne Road, Mackworth, Derby. The Meetings commence at 7.30pm or you can telephone LIZ on 01332 / 515346.

Outing 9th July2009
On Thursday evening 9th July 2009, we had an Outing to Heritage Wood, Ednaston to dedicate a tree in memory of 3 Group and Committee Members. After walking around the wood and visiting our other trees we travelled to The Shoulder of Mutton, Osmaston. This country pub provided 44 meals for our coach party which were absolutely delicious.
